persistent game music bug

the bug im talking about

a server kicked me to the menu (not precise kick, but can't join)
menu music should play, but sometimes gamemusic keeps going
if so, you can go in the editor, into credits, etc. but it keeps going

Explanation?

editor should stop music but no
menu should switch to menu music but no
Credits should play credits but no
