What exactly is a plugin? Is it a server-wide script? Or a levelgen thing?

A plugin, or editor plugin, is a Lua script run from the editor to help you build levels.
Press F4 in the editor to toggle the plugin menu.

Oh, okay. I knew the editor supported plugins, but I didn't realize this section was for that. Maybe change the title from "Plugin Gallery" to "Editor Plugins"/"Editor Plugin Gallery"
