Look at the botton "The Team" to see who can access administrator stuff. At the moment most developers and all moderators are administrators.

Users could change default group colors in User Control Panel, if in multiple groups.... Hey look I just changed my default group to "Registered users" and my name is yellow. Will change my default group back to purple in the next day.
